Guarantee Policy
For all reservations - Guarantee to a valid form of payment is required at time of booking.
In the absence of a credit card, we accept cash, cashier check or money order in the amount of $500.00. This sum will be returned to you upon settling your folio prior to your departure. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation / Change Policy
For all reservations - Please cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date by 3pm local hotel time to avoid penalty of one night's room charge plus tax.
All same day cancellations and arrival date changes will be charged the first night room rate plus tax.
Early Departure Policy - Early departures after check-in will be charged one night in room and tax.
Stay Extensions - Based upon availability of both room type and rate, a reservation may be extended after check-in. Rates and room types may change based on availability.

General Policies
Check-in: 2 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m.
Early check-in: Elements Hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in prior to arrival but will gladly note the request.
Late check-outs are based upon availability and may be subject to a fee. Please inquire at the Front Desk.

Smoking Policy - Elements Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Any guest who smokes in their guestroom will be charged a cleaning fee of $300USD.

Occupancy - Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with two queen sized beds is 4. Maximum occupancy in guestrooms with one queen bed is 2.
Extra Person Charge - A $25 charge for an extra mattress in addition to the base room rate for the third person occupying a queen bed guest room. Please ask one of our friendly front desk agents to assist you with booking an extra mattress to accommodate your needs.

Every guest must present a valid government issued photo identification such as a Passport, Driver's License or State ID. This is required by law.

Children under 18 years of age are required to stay with their parents in a private room.
Pets are not allowed. Not even goldfish. However, guide dogs for the disabled are always welcome.
Elements Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel, except on the Sky Terrace (when open).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
